Retail Theft Investigation

The Carbondale Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a retail theft investigation. On 12-07-16, at approximately 4:32 p.m., the suspect entered Kohl's located at 605 North Giant City Road. Once inside, the suspect concealed merchandise and left the store without offering payment. The suspects image is included with this release. Anyone with information about the theft should contact the Carbondale Police Department at 618-457-3200. The investigation into this incident is continuing.
