05-02-14 Web Release – Missing Person Investigation Update 

On 05-01-14, Zachary Todd was located. Todd was unharmed and is not considered missing anymore. The City of Carbondale Police Department would like to thank all the agencies who spread the word on Todd’s missing status.

 Prior Release:     

On 04-27-14, the City of Carbondale Police Department took a missing person report on Zachary A. Todd who was last seen in the 400 block of West Jackson Street in Carbondale. Todd is a 22 year old white male, 5’6”, 150 pounds, with brown hair who was last seen wearing a red t-shirt and blue jeans. It is believed that Todd currently has a goatee, which he did not have when the photograph included with this release was taken. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Todd is encouraged to contact the Police Department.
